Call 137 : SWEET BANANA

Hello Son,                                         (continue from Call 136) (Ipoh, Friday, January 29)

After lunch, we took some photos by Our Lady's Grotto ...

The Grotto brings back so much memories for your family as that was the place, (the Grotto in France), where Jesus and Mother Mary prepared them to surrender their Son totally to Our Heavenly Father's care. Jesus loves You so very much, Son. We felt and witnessed His over-powering love and presence every step of your journey to Heaven.

Justine took this photo of us on the 5 hour train ride from Paris Station to Lourdes in September 2009.

Here's your beautiful sister ... She misses You very much.

Jus and You at the souvenir shops outside the Grotto (France).

After lunch, we went to the Groom's place ...

Chris told Mom that his family, right from the grandmother onwards, are all Catholics.

Mom thinks this represents the Fire of the Holy Spirit ...

The Bride and Groom lit up the home altar ...

Something sweet for You, my dear ...

Daniel, the banana was the last fruit You ate the night before You left us. You grabbed it from your mother's hands and peeled it yourself, remember?

In the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit ...

Aunty Diana's mother-in-law ...

Aunty Hayley ...

Justine ...

Mom ...

This one's for You, Son ...

Don't they look cute in their outfits?

Jus and Mom ...

On the way back to the hotel ...

It was almost 3pm. The make-up artist would be arriving at the hotel at 4pm to help us get ready for dinner. The bride, groom, Aunty Hayley and Aunty Carol sat at the back, whilst Justine squeezed with Mom in the front seat. Dad drove.

Chris' mother was like, "Can ah, all of You in one car???"

We all echoed, "Can-nnnnnn, Aunty ..." :D

Back at the hotel room ...

See who caught the bridal bouquet???

Aunty Carol will be next...

Did You see how Aunty Di threw the bouquet at Aunty Carol?

Hehehe. :D

And did You see how Aunty Carol leapt up in the air to catch it, like she was a goalie?

Hahaha. :D

You must have been rolling with laughter on your puffy cloud up there... :D
