Then, at 12:21 pm, Mom received a text message from Aunty Jessie in the States. Her message read :
"Thia Megia just sang song Daniel and I was just on Dans site n blog awwww ..."
On the plane to Lourdes in September 2009.

Mom replied:
"watched d. she's singer no. 8. dans very pandai to pic the singer to deliver his song. young pretty and sassy..."
Aunty Diana texted back:
"yeah, i've seen that girl. she's very cute and the only asian. eh, do u remember seeing a hummer in paris?"
Mom read the message out loud to Dad.
Dad said, "Yes, we saw a black hummer in Lourdes itself."
Mom asked, "With Daniel?"

Dad said, "Yes, we saw it a few times, it was parked by our hotel."
Mom texted Aunty Diana:
"B say there was a black hummer in loots itself. Y?"
What a strange question for your aunty to suddenly ask, out of the blues.
Aunty Diana replied :
"Yaaa, i knew i wasn't imagining it. we were driving back from work n suddenly C said omg, that's a black hummer in front of us. he asked if i know what's that. i said the last time i heard or saw this car was in loots when B said, hey dans, check it out - a hummer!"
Mom smiled as she read her message and replied :
"Dans wanted to zap you and make you think of him." :D
We stopped texting when Idol Thia came on ...
As a matter of fact, You were wearing this outfit, save for the inner tee,
to Heaven when You met Jesus and Mama Mary. The same jacket,
the same pair of jeans and the same track shoes.
Right after the song was over, Mom's phone beeped.
It was Aunty Diana, of course.
She said:
"omg, is it just me or was the song really sad? i was teary-eyed ..."
From where You are, Daniel Jason Phua Yun Shih, You would have seen your Aunty Jessie sniffing in the States, Aunty Diana tearing up in Tawau and Mom blinking back her tears at home in KL.
Lord, I miss Daniel ... Oh, I miss him so much ... :(
