CALL 777 : JANUARY 21ST

Hello Son,

It's Wednesday.

January 21, 2026.

6:58 pm.

Mom is aware it's the 21st today.

It wasn't until your mother's cousin,

who sent her a text at 17:56 to say,

"don't know why but felt to let you

know that I remember today is

the anniversary of Daniel's home call ...

he remains in my memory ..."

and Dad after Mom read the text

out aloud, said,

"It's son's January 21st ..."

did Mom suddenly

sat

up

right.

OMG.

January 21st

It's not just a 21st of a month.

It's JANUARY 21st.

Your 16th anniversary today.

16 years!

Mom almost forgot ... despite

the gentle reminders she received

from you the past few days.

On Saturday, dad and mom

attended sunset mass. We were

there at 5 pm for rosary.

5:30 pm would be novena.

6:30 pm, the evening mass.

Your sister Justine, would be meeting

us for mass, after work.

So, after novena ended about 6 pm,

there was a half hour break before

sunset mass.

Dad and Mom were just sitting at

our pew ... when suddenly, this guy

walked into the pew before us and

sat in front of your mother's face.

The blue on the bottom left

is your mother's jeans.

Mom nudged Dad, and your parents

both smiled with amusement.

Mom studied the t-shirt before her.

She found herself just staring at

the words and numbers in front of her eyes

that meant ZAP ZAP to her.

Ahhh.

There's 35.

That's 8.

Decode : 44.

Mom pointed to Dad and whispered,

"44."

 Her angel number.

 Smile.

Mass started.

Before long, the congregation

stood up.

So did the guy in front her.

Immediately, Mom saw 2013.

2013

24

42

Decode : 21

(24 is also your birth date.

No matter how you look at it,

there's DANIEL written all over.)

That Sunday evening, Dad was

putting all your sister's medical

books on carousel to sell.

Justine's books have been piling up in

a corner of the guest room for about

2 years now ... and for some reason,

Mom went to the room that Sunday

evening, and started to take out

the books, one by one.

From thick to thicker books,

new and not so new ...

big and not so big ...

Dad put them all on sale.

Online.

Possibly around 50 books altogether.

Your father sent the above link

to Justine with the message :

"Selling your med books ..."

The next day, on Monday,

your father announced loudly

at one point, in the living room,

"Wahh, the first person to buy

Justine's book is a guy by the name

of DANIEL ..."

Pause.

What???

What are the chances???

Mom sent an immediate text

to your sister :

"Oh boy. Breaking news!

The first purchaser  of your

medical books on carousel is a

guy by the name of DR DANIEL."

Yes.

A doctor.

Not surprising.

He did buy a medical book.

A billion names that could

have been.

It had to be a DANIEL to be

the first one to buy Justine's book.

The buyer.

The book.

Today, January 21st ...

Dad and Mom went to the mall

for lunch.

After lunch, we were strolling around,

when Mom stopped to look at this

HORSE watch displayed at SWATCH.

Mom snapped a photo to sent to Aunty D.

Both Aunt D and Mom are horses.

Neighhhhhh.

We think that's like the best animal

zodiac sign to be born under.

LOL.

Mom commented to Dad,

"So weird that they priced it

at RM440 ..."

It's gonna be Chinese New Year soon.

Normally, chinese people will choose

to have nothing to do with these

"angel" numbers.

Hmm ... 44.

Mom thought that was such a nice price.

The perfect price.

So anyway, during lunch earlier,

Dad pointed to Mom's umm, pimple

on her face (on the side of her mouth).

Darn.

Dad saw Mom's pimple?

It must be big.

Mom told your father she needs

to get a pimple cream from the

pharmacy before going back.

We walked over to the pharmacy.

Mom spotted her pimple cream.

OXY.

Familiar name.

She had used this same brand

in her teens.

Your mother didn't bother to

explore the other creams.

She took one box and went to

the cashier.

At the cashier, the guy asked Mom,

"Are you a member?"

Mom said, "No."

Mom has been to this pharmacy

several times before. The cashiers always

asked that question. Mom has always said

"No."

Today however, this cashier guy seemed

insistent. He asked for your mother's name

and tel number and just made her a member

immediately.

Mom smiled and asked, "What do we get?"

The guy replied, "Member price."

Oh.

He said, "Twenty-one ringgit ..."

21???

Ahhh.

Nice.

Thank you.

Mom really did not expect that.

It's your 21st today.

Somehow Daniel,

you just know how to connect to

Mom and make your presence felt ...

all the time ...

wherever your mother is ...

and wherever your mother goes ...

Smile.

You are just so with us all the time,

that she honestly did not remember

that TODAY ...

is your Farewell Anniversary ...

on January 21, 2010 ...

you left us to be with Jesus

and Mama Mary.

It's so unlikely for Mom to

receive this text from her cousin

who hardly contacts Mom, to tell

Mom that it's your anniversary ...

and yet after reading the text,

Mom still did not get the messsage ...

until Dad said,

"It's Son's January 21st ..."

OMG.

It's just that you are so beside

us every day ...

and we know you are with us

every single minute ...

there is not a moment when

we do not feel your presence ...

Today, Mom make this call to you, Son ...

Call 777.

Oh boy.

Isn't that 21????

Here's withing you a

Happy and a Blessed

16th Anniversary

in paradise with

JESUS and MAMA MARY.

Until we are together again,

Daniel, stay close and watch over

us ... Keep the ZAPS coming.

Hugs and kisses

from all at home,

Mom

xoxo
