It's Tuesday 23rd.
Aunty Jess and Uncle C were arriving at the airport at 1035am. They flew in from Los Angeles.
Grandma and Dad went to the airport to meet them. They left at about 930am. It's an hour's drive to KLIA.
Mom was at school.
Mom and Aunty D will meet them for lunch in a bit.
Dad sent some photos.

Mom had a big smile on her face as she checked her text message. Of course, you would be there with them. It's our family reunion.
Can Mom even doubt that?

Here are the 2 fridge magnets. So Grandma said, that she saw the fridge magnets. There was a sign that said : Buy 3 FREE 1. There was a malay lady near your grandmother. Grandma approached her and said : "I only need to buy 2. Would you like to buy one and you can have the FREE one?" The lady said ok. At the cashier, Grandma was ready to pay but the lady was faster. The lady paid for the magnets, and then turned to Grandma and said, "Aunty, these 2 are for you." (the above 2 fridge magnets) Pause to refect. Wow! How heart-warming. So turns out, Grandma got 2 FREE fridge magnets. FREE?? There's only one person who could make that happen. Lol. Mom was grinning away as your pink t-shirt with the words FREE appeared before her eyes. ZAP ZAP ZAP!! |

So after lunch, Dad sent Grandma, Aunty J and Uncle C back (to Grandma's place).
Mom followed Aunty D to pick Ryan from school.
After that, we went back.
Ok now ...
for the next ZAP FREE incident.
So Mom went home.
Dad was home.
Mom said : "We need to get our groceries."
Mom needed to get a tub of ice cream and a swiss roll for school tomorrow. She wanted to give the children a little treat.
Pre-birthday celebration.
So, your parents went to the mall - again.
We were at the grocer's.
We piled up our trolley.
Dad also bought 5 trays of chicken chops and 10 drumsticks to make chicken rice on Thursday, 25th.
Mom's birthday dinner with tha family.
Heehee.
At the cashier, Dad paid for the groceries.
We went home.
When we reached home, Mom suddenly realised that she forgot to redeem a FREE gift that comes with the ice cream.
Mom asked Dad for the receipt.
We may have to claim it another day.
Mom checked the list.

Mom could not find the ice cream item.
It was not in the bill.
It was in the trolly though.
