CALL 608 : 10th ANNIVERSARY

Hello Son,

Can't believe that today is your 10th year of not being with us.

10 years.

Unbelievable how time just flew by.

Your bed is still here.

The last tee shirt that You wore ...

just before your spirit left your body ...

is still in Mom's wardrobe.

The stain where You ... regurgitated ... is still there.

21 - 1 - 2021

Dad says ... today is the 21st day of the 21st year of the 21st century.

3 times 21.

Wow.

Your anniversary.

Dad and Mom were in the car on the way to school this morning.

It was about 7:30 am.

Mom was thinking how You would zap her today.

Smile.

You will find a way.

It's your 21st.

Your 10th anniversary.

One of the children would be celebrating their birthday today.

It was about 9 am when the 6 year old girl walked into the school, greeted Mom with a cheerful "Good morning, Teacher Lynn ..."

Mom saw her.

A big smile spread across your mother's face.

Mom saw the rainbow on the girl's tee shirt.

Awwwww.

Then later in the morning, mom saw her birthday cake ...

This photo was taken when your sister sent your parents a text and said,

"Just realised it's Jan 21 ... (followed by a rainbow icon)

Mom took a snap shot of the cake and sent to your sister.

After school, Dad and Mom were in the car, driving back home.

Suddenly Dad said out loud, "Look what's in front ..."

Awwww ...

Mom saw the 2121 and was pleased.

ZAP ZAP ZAP.

3201

Why, that's a clear 3 times 21.

ZAP ZAP ZAP.

It's her son's 10th anniversary, of course he's gonna want to ZAP his mother.

She found herself looking hard at the letters.

Mom said, "M must be for Mom ... and B for Bryan ... let's see, what's W for ..."

Hmmm ...

Or could that be another letter M ...

Mom said confidently, "It will come to me ..."

We reached the condo.

As we were in the lift, Mom gave a little yelp.

She saw this :

Dad was holding our lunch.

Mom had suggested this morning that we had McDonald's for lunch ... since it's one of your favourite fast food. We brought this to your garden once on All Souls' day (in 2014) ... and Archbishop Julian came to your plot and asked if you liked McDonalds ...

See the link to your Flower Garden 21.

FLOWER GARDEN 21

Mom exclaimed, "Letter M ... McDonald's ... He knows we are having McD's ... He knows ..."

At home, when we were tucking into our burgers, Mom gave another yelp.

See the overturned letter M ... letter W?

Amazing how she could feel it was either M or W ... and then later saw both M and W ... You must have whispered to your mother, "I'm here, Ma ... "

We can feel You with us, Daniel.

In the evening, Mom was watching BIG BANG on telly ... and for some reason, we were on the episode where Amy in her lab, says, "... brain tumor ..."

Dad repeated the word, thinking Mom might not have heard it.

Oh, but your mother heard it all right.

Loud and clear.

That was her sign to make her call to You immediately ... before she retires for the night.

It's your 10th anniversary, after all.

She must make the call.

So here it is, Son.

Enjoy your 10th year celebration with Jesus and Mary in Heaven.

Keep the ZAPS coming, Son.

We miss You so very much.

Love, Mom and all at home

CALL 607 : FREE GIFT

Hello Son,

It's New Year's Day.

Time 3:17 pm.

Quiet time.

Mom is grateful for the moment.

She has missed talking to You.

Is there anyway that your mother could retire and communicated with You daily?

Would that be a good idea, Son?

Anyway, here is our Graduation Video (Part 2). The children came to our home in 3 different groups on 3 different days to record their song during the lockdown.

GRADUATION VIDEO (PART 2)

Okay ...

Ready for Aunt D's story???

Are You sitting down???

So anyway, during dinner the night before (Dad's birthday dinner), Aunty D was telling us about the amazing thing that happened to her during her shopping at the mall that afternoon of 24th. In between her texts to the steamboat guy, she was telling us about the inciDAN.

So, Aunty D was at retail outlet X on the 24th.

This was during the afternoon time, before we met up for the steamboat dinner.

She was looking for something to get for Dad.

Aunt D said she was at the socks station. Baby Ryan happened to point at one pack of socks at the top of the rail. It had animal prints on it. There was only one of its kind there.

Aunty D took it and brought it to the counter to ask for the price.

Apparently, the counter sales girl could not find the price resulting in the sales staff having to look for the socks in the whole outlet as they could not seem to find where these socks were displayed. So they continued looking and then realised that that pack of socks were not out for sale yet and they did not know how that one pack happened to be hanging out there in the sock rail.

However, Aunt D held on to it to show them she wanted to buy it.

Next, shirts.

New arrival shirts were RM209.

Aunty D chose 2 t.shirts of different colours from the same shirt stand.

Both had the price tags of RM209.

No discount on these shirts since they were new arrivals.

She chose 2 for Dad, possibly one for birthday and one for Christmas.

At the counter, the cashier scanned the socks, and the 2 shirts.

Aunty D was a little surprised when she heard the total amount ... but she took out her credit card to settle the bill.

She then went to an ice cream parlour to sit down ... because something strange had happened at the cashier ... she said she had to study the bill ... like she couldn't believe what happened.

The sock item had disappeared from the bill.

One shirt was charged right.

The second shirt was charged as RM79 (instead of RM209).

OMG.

Seriously???

This happened at a reputable outlet.

It was like the socks were FREE

The gifts must have been from You.

How else could You explain this?

So during Dad's birthday dinner, we had FREE gifts and a FREE dinner treat.

Oh boy.

Unbelievable.

Your treats all the way from heaven.

How You manage to do this, only God knows.

Aunty D said, this did not happen when she bought her own stuff, only when she bought Bryan's stuff.

LOL.

Fast forward to December 27.

Justine was leaving on 27.

Her flight was at 4:30 pm and she had to be at the airport like an hour earlier.

We were at the mall (again).

Mom was looking for bedsheets for Justine.

So at one point ...

Mom was by the bedsheets station (Point A).

Dad was like 5 to 6 walking steps away from Mom toward her left (Point B), and Justine was about similar distance away from Mom toward her right (Point C).

Point A, B and C make one triangle.

Can You picture that?

So Mom was standing at A, Dad was at B and Justine was at C.

We were at 3 points ... if we were holding a rope, we would have made a triangle.

With that in your head, guess what happened next???

OMG ...

You would not believe it.

Seriously.

All 3 of us were minding our own business, doing our own thing, at our 3 points, when suddenly a man kinda walked into our so-called triangle ... and called out ...

DANIEL ...

DANIEL ...

Two times. (and a girl's name) (can't remember the name)

Mom turned.

Dad turned.

Justine turned.

The 3 of us had turned ... just in time to see the man who was calling out for his children (presumably), walked into our triangle.

OMG ...

Your mother, father and sister exchanged our OMG glances at one another.

That was surely You.

We know.

From the start of the Christmas Holiday and till the end, You were there with us.

Mom said to Dad and Jus, "Justine is about to leave for the airport ... and he is making sure we all 3 hear his name at the same time ... I mean, we could have been on different floors at the mall ... what are the chances of us all in the same area ... close distance to one another ... like really close distance ... and hearing his name mentioned out loud .. two times???"

He must have summoned us to be at our respective points.

OMG ...

Seriously ...

DANIEL ...

DANIEL ...

We sure got your ZAPS loud and clear, Son.

Happy New Year 2021, Daniel.

This is the Year that we are so gonna be seeing lots and lots of 21s.

Keep the ZAPS coming, Son.

We love you and miss You so very much.

Hugs,

Mom and all at home

CALL 606 : DAD's BIRTHDAY

Hello Son,

Oh boy ...

Been wanting to write ...

So so many inciDANS happened ... during Dad's birthday.

OMG.

Did not have time then with all the Graduation recording and so on.

Today is the last day of the Year 2020 -- the Year of the Bad Rat.

Oh ...

Strictly, it's not really over yet - until Chinese New Year.

We are getting there anyway.

This nightmare of 2020 is gonna be over soon.

So anyway ... are we ready for the story?

It's totally amazing how You zapped us ... all the way from Heaven.

Left right and center.

OMG.

Seriously.

It was the eve of Dad's birthday ...

December 23 ...

both You and Dad share the same birthday on December 24 ...

It was our last day of online class.

We had a nice lunch with the teachers at home.

Dad had called nasi lemak (delivery).

Teacher Wong, Teacher Elizabeth, Teacher Amira, Teacher Katherin and Teacher Alleysha were here for lunch.

Ah, it needs to be mentioned here that Dad went out for a bit (can't remember for what now) and came back with a bunch of bananas.

He said "for dessert."

Oh well, he didn't know your sister Justine had ordered a cake for him.

Also, 2 teachers brought cakes.

Table is all set.

Before lunch, we watched our first video we had made for graduation.

GRADUATION VIDEO (PART 1)

Clap Clap Clap !!!

We were so proud and happy that the video was good.

Photos were all very nice and clear.

Graduates were looking their best.

Truly, Dad managed to capture their graduation spirit despite the lockdown.

After the video, we gathered at the dining table.

Mom presented each teacher with some Xmas goodies.

Teachers posing with their Xmas goodies from Dad and Mom.

Transferring our food from delivery containers on to plates.

Let's see who can set up their plate the best?

was the name of the game. LOL.

All were quite nicely done. Good job, teachers. Bon Appetite

Justine's cake had arrived.

Your sister ordered a chocolate banana cake for Dad.

Weird, right?

Chocolate cake with banana slices?

Anyway, after the lunch, we sang the birthday song.

By the way, Dad was really surprised.

He had no idea Justine had ordered a cake.

This is the 23rd ya.

Eve of Dad's birthday.

Photo taken before we started lunch.

So anyway, Mom cut the cake and served everyone.

There were slices of bananas in between the chocolate layers.

It looked really weird.

The teachers started to eat their cake.

Dad too.

All were quiet.

Mom was waiting for someone ...

anyone ...

to say ...

"Hmmm, nice ..."

No one said anything.

Pause.

All our lunch guests were eating their cake very quietly.

No one said anything.

Total cold silence.

Awkward.

Mom tried the cake.

Omg.

Cringe.

It was -- grose.

Is that the spelling?

It tasted terrible.

That was probably the worst cake Mom has ever tasted in her entire life.

Not exaggerating.

The banana slices just did not go with the chocolate cake at all.

Who puts banana slices in a chocolate cake?

Is it normally done? (apparently it is - just googled)

Gosh.

How embarrassing.

We were serving a horrible tasting cake to our guests.

No wonder everyone was just very quiet.

They continued eating though.

Mom made an attempt to lighten the awkward moment.

Your mother said, "Our daughter wants to humor her father ... she asked for banana slices to be specially added into the cake ... Bryan likes bananas ... "

Pause.

Poor attempt.

The teachers kinda nodded and gave polite smiles.

Oh gawd, honestly ...  that was like the worst cake moment ever.

The banana slices were a bit frozen on top of that ... and Mom could have have sworn there was some kind of alcoholic taste somewhere in her slice ... like, did something go bad???

Then suddenly, out of the blue ...

Teacher W said, "Ini cake memang sangat sedap ..."

Pause.

Huh?

OMG what???

Direct translation : This cake is really very delicious.

Mom secretly whispered her thanks to You.

Thanks Son, You must have whispered to Teacher W to say that.

You must have known your mother was stressing about the cake and made an effort to remind her You were right there. That was your humor. That line was from You. There was no way anyone could have said that the cake was nice -- it was really was not.

Really!

So anyway ... after that Mom started to cut up the other cakes brought by the teachers and served them.

Two hours later, they went home.

Mom couldn't wait to have a word with Dad.

"OMG ..." Mom said.

"What was that all about???"

Dad replied, "What?"

"The cake ... the bananas ... OMG!!! What's with all the bananas??? Why must there be so many banana slices stuffed up in the cake? Couldn't we just get a normal chocolate cake? Did we have to say add bananas in the cake when we ordered that chocolate cake??? And ... and you bought bananas for dessert? The house is like full of bananas! The cake was terrible!! OMG, and we made the teachers eat that!!"

Dad said, "It's not that bad ..."

Mom was hysterical.

"Everyone hated it ... It was just weird that Teacher W said it was delicious in the middle of all the silence ... Son must have whispered to her ... He knew I was stressed ... That was such an unexpected sentence out of the blues ... That was so his sense of humor ... That was clearly him ..."

Mom suddenly heard herself saying, "Bananas ... Son's last fruit ... Remember? He was having a banana just before he left us ..."

Dad remarked, "He still had a little bit in his mouth ... a small piece ... after he left ..."

OMG ...

A wave of nostalgia swept through your parents at that moment.

Dad and Mom were both quiet in their own thoughts after that.

It's your birthday tomorrow too.

Of course You are gonna ZAP us and remind us that You are right here with us.

We miss You so much, Daniel.

You know this year, we put up a Christmas tree ... a day before the teachers' lunch ... it has been 10 years since we last had a Christmas tree ... Our last tree was in your room, remember? We would lay in bed and just watch the twinkling lights and listen to Christmas carols ... that was our last time we had a Christmas tree ...

This 21st Jan would be your 11th year with Jesus and Mother Mary.

Where did all the time go?

Sigh ...

So anyway, back to the story :

The next day ...

Dec 24 : Dad and Your birthday!

Justine was coming back form Penang.

Arriving home about 7:45 pm.

Just in time for Dad's birthday dinner.

And yours, of course.

Early in the morning, Mom was in the kitchen.

She was about to keep the dry plates from the dish rack into the cabinets, like she always does every morning ...

when she spotted this:

Upon peeping closer ...

Mom gasped!

Omg ... she breathed in slowly.

It - was - a - white - feather.

A white feather ...

Seriously???

See Call 128 : White Feather & Call 178 : Manga Message

In Call 128, Mom related how a white feather had greeted her just before midnight on your First Anniversary and in Call 178, a white feather floated down from heaven right before her eyes.

Oh gosh, Son ... that was a clear

Hi Ma ... it's Me ... all the way from Heaven.

It's my birthday today too!

Aunty D sent Mom a text and asked what time Justine will be back.

Your aunt said that the kids were busy in their home, making a card for Justine.

Awww ... how sweet.

Later in the morning, Megan (9) and Dylan (6) came over.

Megan prepared a small hand written card for Justine.

Dylan showed Mom what he had prepared.

Mom's breath was caught in her throat.

Of all the billions and billions of things he could have drawn, he drew this :

A rainbow.

That's your permanent address, is that not?

Somewhere Over The Rainbow, Kingdom of Heaven.

ZAP ZAP ZAP.

You were clearly making sure that today ... your special day ... Mom would be reminded that You are (and always have been and forever will be) right beside her.

Dad and Mom went to the mall in the morning to do last minute shopping.

Thank God the online classes were over, the last day on December 23rd.

We were done for the year. What a relief that was to know that we have been able to achieve the "all the impossible" during this crazy lockdown.

Will show you the videos in a bit.

We spent the whole day at the mall.

Came back home with handsful of Christmas shopping bags.

Fast forward : Morning passed and Evening came.

Dad went to the airport to pick up Justine.

Arrival time at 6:50pm.

Dylan and Megan were excited to follow Dad to the airport.

Meantime, Mom was preparing the dining table.

We had ordered home steamboat for dinner and all the items had been delivered by 6 pm. When Mom first saw all the items of steamboat ingredients, meat and vegetables in the containers, she had thought that the food items had looked insufficient.

She didn't say anything though.

We had on 2 occasions ordered from this steamboat place.

Once we had it at Grandma's place and the second, at Aunty D's place.

Mom thought at both times, there were plenty of items on the table.

Anyway ...

At dinner time, around 8:30 pm ...

Family was at the table.

Mom mentioned to Aunty D, "They forgot to bring the FREE cake ... they are coming back with it."

The last 2 dinners we had with the steamboat people, they gave us a FREE birthday cake with each order. That was what prompted Mom to order for Dad's dinner too.

And yours.

FREE cake.

Justine had also ordered another cake.

Red Velvet.

Nothing could go wrong after the banana chocolate cake.

LOL.

The cake soon arrived.

Mom was quite taken aback to see the size.

It was in an aluminium tin foil container ... like 6 X 3 inches kinda size.

It was really, really small.

It was just a little big larger than Mom's handphone (Samsung Note 4).

Mom couldn't believe the FREE cake was so tiny.

How could anyone even think of singing a birthday song with that ridiculous cake in a tiny tin foil?

Thank goodness Justine had another cake.

At the back of your mother's mind, she did think that it was strange, very very strange, that both of Dad's birthday cakes (the day before and that evening) were a disaster.

Mom remarked to Aunty D, "Doesn't look like there's a lot ... and our set is supposed to be more than yours ..."

Aunt D had ordered the RM288 set ...

Mom ordered the RM388 set ... as recommended by the steamboat guy.

And the guy promised a FREE cake.

Mom had asked them to give extra condiments because the last 2 times, we finished all the condiments after one round.

So all the tiny little round containers on the table ... those are extra condiments.

Aunty D was like, "Hey, I think there's a mixed up in your order ... They must have sent you the wrong one ... Your set looks even less than mine ... Are these all?? It's very little ..."

Aunty D started to text to the steamboat guy:

"I just want to give you some feedback ... I recommended your services to my sister Lynn because me and my mom had very good events previously ... she is extremely upset with your set today ... honestly, when I saw it ... because I'm here now ... we are celebrating her husband's birthday ... the amount of items you sent is really miserable ... it is less than what we previously had and u suggested to her to order a bigger set ... and now give her less amount ... I'm hoping there was a miscommunication in the order because the things you sent her is ... I don't know what to say ... very disappointing ... and the cake you sent ... aiyo ... the cake was one of the things that made her decide to do the dinner because her husband enjoyed the cake previously ... seriously ... I am speechless ... very very disappointed until I don't know what to say ... this is just to feedback on your current and previous sets ... It is impossible you sent her a set that is for 4 - 6 people ... you sent us more than that last time ... now our whole dinner party is all about comparing what was previously in my mom's set and mine and today's ...

Dinner went on.

Aunt D and the guy were texting back and forth.

At the same time, Aunt D was telling us about this amazing thing that happened in Marks & Spencer that day whilst she was out shopping for Dad's birthday present. (will write about this later) OMG!

Mom was like, "Eh, eat la ... forget it la ... just forget it ..."

But your aunt was like she was on a quest to prove something.

At about 21:18 pm (time of the guy's text), Aunt D received this text from the steamboat guy.

"We urge to compensate your sister Lynn Phua and her husband, therefore we decided to offer a free meal for them in our restaurant. Kindly let me know which date your sister and her husband would be free to come over our restaurant to redeem their free meal ..."

Oh my ...

Daniel Phua ...

Mom sent a telephatic message into the universe.

Is this your doing?

Is this your way of giving Dad a super birthday treat?

By bungling up the orders so that these people would have to compensate Dad and Mom with a FREE meal???

Mom laughed quietly to herself.

At times like this, Mom cannot share the inciDAN immediately because talking about it ALOUD somehow takes the magic away.

Still ...

It was too amazing how You make your presence felt.

Oh boy ...

Mom was looking for am image of an angel when she came across the above 444 image.

Gosh, there are so many 444 angel number images ...

That's so strange ...

This 444 Angel numbers ... THIS -- came from Mom.

Mom created this phrase Angel Numbers 444.

Wow! This finding is really interesting. This means Mom's theory ... that she had always believed since the day You left and whispered to her that You are always near ... is supported by others who believe the same.

Gosh. This is amazing.

Which means, that someday ... people will believe that they would be able to communicate with their loved ones in heaven. They will be sensitive to the ZAPS and the Angel signs ... and they would know that their loved ones who left did not really leave but are just by their side ...

OMG ...

Thank you, Jesus for allowing Mom to have this connection with You in heaven.

Oh ... by the way ...

Take note that the time of the FREE FREE FREE message was at 21:18.

That's a clear : 21

From You.

The FREE treat message was clearly from You.

All the FREE FREE FREE.

This photo was taken in Lourdes ... about 3 months before You left us.

Wow!

What do You think, Daniel?

Totally amazing!

CoinciDANS???

Unlikely.

Angel chance.

Meant for Mom only.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY DANIEL & MERRY CHRISTMAS

Are you following? See how You get your mother's attention with the bananas ... and then the 2 FREE cakes by the teachers ... and the 2 disastrous cakes at the same time ... the topsy turvy dinner set that led to the FREE dinner ...

Oh boy ...

You are good ...

ZAP ZAP ZAP!!!

Are You ready for another awesome story?

About Aunt D's shopping inciDANS.

Will tell You all about that in the next Call.
