CALL 663 : ANGEL NUMBERS

Hello Son,

Monday, Jan 29

Justine and Mom were on the sofa,

about to watch another episode of OA.

Mom saw on her side, this box of cookies.

It was from Justine's manager or colleague,

your sister had said, when Mom asked her

who it was from.

Dr Danielle ...

Justine is known as Dr Danielle (her second name)

in the clinic because there is another Dr Justine

in her company.

Mom had said, "It's meant to be ... Daniel wants

his name to be mentioned ..."

So Dr Danielle it is ...

Mom asked, "Do people really call you

Dr Danielle?"

Justine said, "Yes, it's not even Dani--elle ...

they pronounce it as Daniel ..."

LOL.

Mom replied, "Daniel must be very happy that he

hears his name being mentioned daily ..."

Mom picked up her mobile just to have a glance

if she had any messages.

None.

Putting her phone down, Mom said (wrongly),

"Today is the 30th already ... so fast ..."

Justine corrected, "Today is the 29th ..."

Oh?

Mom picked up her handphone again, slid it

opened up and saw the time

21:12

greeting her.

Awww.

Quickly, Mom showed Justine the time, and

said, "Look ... two one one two ...

we were just talking about Dr Danielle ..."

Mom showed Dad too.

"Two one one two ..."

Mom said to Dad, with a big smile.

You were with us.

Mom couldn't do a screen shot to save that

2112 image ... but you would show her soon

that you were definitely with us at that time  ...

Tuesday, Jan 30

The following day, on Tuesday, Dad and Mom went

to school. After give out some instructions to the

teachers, Mom said to Dad, "Let's go have a cuppa

of tea ..."

Dad said okay.

In the car ...

Your father asked, "Where to?"

Mom said, "Nearby ... De Market will do ..."

We reached the grocer within 5 minutes or so.

There was a nice parking bay right in front.

Dad drove into it.

Mom received her ZAP.

OMG ...

10:23 am

"That's two one one two ..."

Seriously, what are the chances???

Mom reminded Dad about the Dr Daniel

zap the night before at

(two one one two)

21:12.

You must have seen your mother's face.

Smiling from ear to ear.

We walked to the cafe.

Mom sat down.

Dad was at the counter making his orders.

When he came back to the table, Dad

put down our table number order.

Order No : 12

You were clearly with us, Daniel, Mom knows.

21

ZAP ZAP ZAP.

Smile.

And more smiles.

Our food came.

Breakfast set.

Half boiled eggs and 2 slices of

butter kaya toast.

And a cuppa coffee.

When Mom was done, Mom went to MR DIY

to get some craft papers.

Some 20 minutes later, we were ready to go.

So, we walked to the car.

Dad drove the car out ...

look at the 2424 greeting before us.

2424

Mom pointed and exclaimed loudly.

2424

First prize.

Remember?

This was the first price which came out 2 days after

Dad and your birthday.

Also,

2424

4224

2112

ZAP ZAP ZAP !!!

Yup, message received. Loud and clear.

Mom commented, "Wao, that looks like MUM ..."

LOL.

Dad drove to school. Just before we turned into

school, Dad pointed to a car on his right ...

Oh Wow ...

21

Thank you Son, for reminding us everyday that

you were near.

Going to take Grandma out for a bit.

Gotta go.

Keep the zaps coming.

Muahhh.

xoxo

Call 662 : THE TRUST

 Hello Son,

Wed, Jan 24, 2024

Today, Dad and Mom went to Gardens Mall.

Yup, we are always at the mall .... to walk walk walk.

Mom needs to get one of those smart watches

that tell how many steps she has done in a day.

Grin.

Should be 10,000.

It was mid morning, which meant parking

is not easy to find. Yet, right in front of the

entrance to the mall, we saw a car was reversing

out. No other car was nearby, so obviously,

that empty bay was for us.

Thanks Son.

What  nice feeling to be able to find a nice

parking spot.

Mom forgot to check the number plate,

of that car. When she did, it was a bit too late.

The car was out of sight.

Sigh.

It could have been a ZAP car there.

Now, your mother will never know.

Still ...

At that lunch hour, and we found a

parking easily, clearly her son was with her.

So there.

We parked.

We went in to the mall.

It was barely 2 minutes, when a ZAP ZAP

happened.

We were walking by The Chicken Rice Shop ...

photo from google

Suddenly, Mom noticed a couple ...

okay, a guy and a girl ...

who were wearing matching t-shirts ...

with a large number 24 on their tees.

OMG.

BIG HUGE Number 24 24.

Both of them were wearing identical tees.

Mom nudged Dad.

OMG.

See.

"Two 24 ... 2424 ...

First Prize, remember?"

Your birthday, and Dad's birthday.

2424.

Mom was not able to take a photo

as both of them turned into the eatery.

They were just right-in-front-of-us.

Why wasn't she ready with her camera???

Oh well.

2424.

Son is near.

That's for sure.

We went to Oriental Kopi.

photo from google

No prizes for guessing.

The line was not too long today.

Still, we waited for about 5 minutes before

we were asked to go in ,,, there was a table

for 2 pax.

Yup, we cut the line.

Did you do something there, Son?

The waiter brought your parents to this table.

Table 48.

Mom had to smile.

Both you.

All you.

Always you.

Thanks Son, for always reminding us

that you are near.

11:39 am

Dad and Mom ordered our usual drinks.

Dad, iced coffee and Mom, iced tea.

The best.

Seriously.

Why do you think we are always at this coffee shop?

Dad also ordered a mee hoon with fried chicken.

We shared that.

Mom is trying to cut down.

Hehe.

We ordered take-away for Grandma.

Mom had asked Grandma whether

she wanted chicken rice or chee

cheong fun.

Grandma said BOTH.

Haha.

Good appetite.

After our brunch, we walked over to MR DIY.

Mom wanted to get some plastic eggs for school.

We are doing this egg craft and we do not have

enough eggs.

We are having Kopitiam Breakfast

activity in school on Friday 26th.

So the children are doing egg crafts.

At Mr DIY, Mom went to the toy section.

Dad wanted to stop by the hardware shop.

At the toys area, would you believe it but Mom

saw this.

Oh boy, only ONE pack of eggs left hanging on the

shelf.

Thank goodness, there was one for Mom.

And easily seen too.

She didn't have to hunt for them.

Nice.

With the eggs in her hand, Mom said

she was ready to go back. We have to

pass the take-away food for Grandma

for her lunch.

So, Dad and Mom walked to the car.

There was a car waiting just beside

our car at the bay.  The lady signalled

and mouthed, "Going out?"

Mom said yes.

The lady broke into a smile.

She was probably relieved too to

have easily found a nice parking

during peak hour.

Dad reversed out.

Mom caught sight of the number plate

of the car driving in to our bay.

Mom said aloud:

All you.

So weird that the car waited by our side

to go in when we came out. It was exactly

that when we arrived, and the car in the

bay reversed out for us to go in.

Strange.

3,000 parking bays.

And we had the same car wait and car

go at that bay two times?

It was no coinciDANS that when we came,

the car in the bay was reversing out. Had

we come into the mall just 10 seconds

earlier, we would have drove past.

Timing is everything.

Yes Son, that was you, arranging

for a spot for Dad. And when Mom

wasn't sure ... you arranged for the

same scenario for Mom's benefit.

Chuckle.

Got it.

You are always by our side.

We drove back home.

Grandma said she wanted to go to the bank.

So, we picked her up and went to the bank.

She was having some problems with the

online banking and was unable to do transact

successfully since she was overseas.

14:25 pm

Aunt D dropped Ryan at the bank

after school since we were all there.

Ryan did his homework whilst

waiting for Grandma.

14:57 pm

It was more than an hour before

Grandma was done with her problem.

The photo above at 14:25 pm was taken

about 20 minutes later.

The officer really took the time to explain

to Grandma about the online banking.

Step by step.

Very patiently.

Again and again.

Oh my.

You must have arranged for that

officer to handle Grandma.

15:21 pm

We were finally done and waiting for Dad

to pick us up.

That evening, at home Dad was doing some

work on the computer when he suddenly

commented, "Hey today is 2424 ..."

24-1-24

Oh ya, we had the 2424 zap all day

the day before too.

Smiling, Mom tuned in to Netflix.

She was gonna catch up with the last episode

of THE TRUST.

She found the show, and paused at the new

episode 8, (waiting for Dad and Justine),

when she found herself taking note of

the title :

Mom stared at the word on the TV screen.

She read the words slowly.

First, to herself.

Second, to herself again, heart pacing.

Third, she had to take a photo.

Good darn eviDANS here.

Fourth, she yelled it out to Dad.

She must have a witness.

The End of the Rainbow.

OMG.

Seriously.

Wow Wow Wow Daniel.

Message so received by Mom.

We must TRUST for sure.

44 ... your angel number.

Rainbow ... always you.

Everywhere we are, there you'll always be.

Dad is waiting for Mom to get ready.

We are going to the Komune park.

Keep the ZAPS coming, Daniel.

We love you and miss you so very much.

CALL 661 : RING RING

Hello Son,

Tues, Jan 23, 2024

Dad and Mom were at the KL airport

before 8 am.

Grandma was coming back today.

Your grandmother has been with Aunty Jess

in the States for over 4 months.

So, Grandma flew from LAX on Jan 21

(Jan 21 being your anniversary) and

arrived in KLIA on 23rd.

Today, that is.

Dad was waiting in the car at the arrival point.

He had slipped the car in to wait by the side

when he spotted an empty bay.

Mom noticed the car in front of us.

3737

That's a 44.

Hmmm.

Your mother had to smile.

Of course, you would be with us.

Still smiling at her morning ZAP,

Mom made her way to the Meet & Greet

point.

Mom chose a nice spot,

right in front of the EXIT for passengers.

Your mother wanted to make sure when Grandma

came out of the EXIT, Mom would be able

to see Grandma right away.

The SQ 104 flight had landed.

8:03 am.

7 minutes earlier than schedule.

7:59 am

It was about an hour before Grandma came out.

Mom's eyes were practically glued to the 2 exits

in front of here ... but the moment, she was not

focusing, Grandma appeared.

Grandma actually called out, "Lynn ... Lynn ..."

Mom turned abruptly.

9:11 am

See the metal frame on the left?

Mom was standing there, waiting

for an hour.

Mom quickly snapped a photo, for the

family chat.

Grandma looks so good.

Mom gave Grandma a big hug.

The assistant helped us to the car.

Dad texted and said, "Come to pillar

number 4."

Lol.

But of course.

Which pillar could we have gone to?

Dad had driven nearer to us.

At the car, your father gave a big hug to

Grandma before loading the suitcases

into the car.

In the car, there was so much to say.

Grandma was telling us about this and thats ...

but Mom had caught sight of something -

interesting.

From where Mom was sitting, in the front

passenger seat, Mom saw this :

son ...

And "d?"

Who else could that be, Daniel?

Truly, you right beside us.

Always.

ZAP ZAP ZAP!!!

We were gonna drive to the Megah Rise Mall.

The mall that Mom bought the Lucky YUN

paper bag.

Waze said it would take us 1 hour and 15 minutes.

So, we were in the car, catching up and listening

to all the fascinating stuffs Grandma did in US

with Aunt Jess and Uncle Craig.

We arrived at the mall an hour or so later.

Dad and Mom brought Grandma to the

same coffee shop that we came the last time

we were there.

We were brought to this table.

Grandma flipped over the pictures of the food.

Mom suggested trying the hor fun.

Grandma said ok.

We ordered 2 of hor funs, and Dad called a chicken

rice for himself.

Dad asked what drink Grandma wanted.

Your grandmother said, "Do they have barley

or herbal tea?"

Mom checked.

No barley.

But yes, herbal tea ..

Mom asked, "Luo han guo?"

Grandma said, "Yes. No ice."

Dad was writing down the order numbers.

Dad asked, "What's the code?"

Mom pointed to check.

A big grin came over her face.

Seriously???

Hahahahaha.

D21 ...

Why, excuse me ...

If that's not a big ZAP from her son,

what is.

Daniel 21

ZAP ZAP ZAP!!!

Everywhere we are, there you'll be.

After brunch, we walked around.

So we came to this same mobile stall, where

Mom bought the LUCKY YUN paper bag.

Dad walked over to the paper bags.

Dad said, "Hey, now it's your name ..."

Huh?

What?

What name?

Mom went over.

OMG.

Seriously.

Mom flipped over the paper bags to see if

she could find any LUCKY YUN, or those

HEALTHY and WEALTHY paper bags that

were there the last time ...

but there were no more..

This time, only LIN bags.

HAHAHAHAHA.

Dad said, "Your name ..."

Lynn.

Still Lin ...

Acceptable.

ZAP ZAP ZAP!!!

What are the chances???

Last Sunday, we found your bag,

and today, we find mom's???

Hehehehe.

Hilarious!

How do you do it, seriously???

That evening, the family met up at Grandma's

place.

Aunty Jess had bought a lot of stuff for us.

We were walking over to Grandma's place.

Aunty D was on video chat with Mom when she

suddenly exclaimed excitedly,

"OMG, there's a rainbow in front of me ...

let me take a photo!"

Aunt D saw this rainbow.

time of photo sent/received

A rainbow ...

How wonderful, Daniel ...

You sent a rainbow???

The song If I Die Young sprang to mind.

Lord, make me a rainbow,

I'll shine down on my mother,

She'll know I'm safe with you,

when she stands under my colours ...

Mom told Dad, "Mom's flight was on his 21st,

and she's arrived safely ... Son sent the rainbow ...

I'm sure of it ... like - Welcome back, Amah!"

At Grandma's home ...

Oh boy, there was a pile of things that Aunt Jess

and Grandma had bought for us.

Costume jewellery for one.

Ear-rings, bracelets, hair pins, matching sets

and individual necklaces and ear-rings, and ...

oh my, what are those???

Grandma bought about 20 over pieces of fancy rings.

Oh Wow!!!

Grandma said to each of us, Aunty D, Aunty C

and Mom, "to take a few each," before she

presents them to her mahjong-ladies.

Mom was hesitant at first,

and thought she need not take the rings.

They were fanciful and um, like when

is she gonna be wearing them anyways.

Grandma was quick to change Mom's mind.

Your grandmother said, "Take take ...

take a few ... Jessie wears rings on each finger ..."

HAHAHAHA.

Really?

So fun?

So Mom took 3 ...

She put 2 on the right hand ...

and 1 on the left ...

(forgot to snap a photo)

Gosh, so many rings ...

The next few celebrations would be

Chinese New Year, Valentine's Day and

more importantly, Justine's ROM.

We are all gonna wear our rings

rings rings and more rings on

Justine's ROM day.

On 22-2-2024.

Aunty J bought some some casual tops

and scrub pants for Mom, gym outfits

for Justine and shirts for Dad.

Thanks Jess.

Your Aunty J and Grandma surely overdid

the shopping over there.

Oh, not forgetting ...

skin care products for Mom too.

Oh Wow ...

It's Christmas again!

So many presents for everyone.

Here's everyone.

At the time of writing this Call,

Mom is suddenly reminded

of ABBA's song :
