Hello Son,
Tonight, after watching several videos on Michael Jackson, Mom settled to a hallmark movie ...
chosen randomly.
(YouTube video)
So the main guy is this boy.
Mom mentioned to Dad that this boy has a really nice face ... has good skin ... nice nose ... has a sweet character ...
Then came the girl ...
Cafe scene.
The boy is a waiter in the cafe.
It was love at first sight.
So the girl was with her parents.
After the meal, the bill was paid and this boy scribbled his name and his number on the receipt before passing it to the girl.
Mom saw the name.
Danny.
Hmmm.
Later on, it turns out ... the girl is deaf.
Normally, Mom would have changed the video, preferring to have a nice happy ending.
How is this cute boy gonna have a nice happy ending in this story?
Anyway ... your mother let the movie continue.
She must have dozed off.
When she got up, shortly after, the boy was having a seizure.
Omg.
What kind of a story is this?
Turns out : glioblastoma.
Oh no.
From seizure onwards, the scenes thereafter felt familiar.
We will always remember, Daniel, the seizure, the projectile throw up, the surgeries, the fancy name of your deadly tumour :
oligodendroglioma & astrocytoma
We are thinking about you, Daniel ... how wonderful God is to allow you to continue to communicate with Mom and to make your presence felt every single day.
Your story is in your Orange Dot blog. Mom is glad she had journalled the journey there.
It's good to remember.
Mom
xoxo
