Call 242 ; BIRTHDAY WISH

Hello Son,

Friday, June 24

1. Exora

This morning, we were on the way to Brickfields.

It was about 8 am in the morning.

Justine had community service to attend to.

While we were on the highway, it came to your mother's notice that there was a white EXORA that had been in front of us for quite a distance.

Mom pointed it out to Justine and said,

"Eh, that's the car we went to see yesterday at the show room ..."

We, being Dad and Mom ... and yeah, we were looking at this particular MPV the day before (on Thursday) as a means of transport for the new school. Dad thinks the EXORA is suitable for the kindy's purpose. He doesn't think your mother can handle a van, in the event that the driver is absent.

Yeah, sometimes that happens, if You remember.

Dad had asked the salesman to bring the test unit to the school "tomorrow" ...  which means today (Friday), for us to see how many children can the MPV take.  :D

Mom said to your sister, "See that? Three One Eight Three ...

That's 4 ...

Your brother is saying, Here's your Exora, Maa." :D

2. Spiderman Watch

After dropping Justine off, Mom drove back to the condo.

Just before 9 am, Grandma picked her up to go to the kindy.

Today, we're having a Birthday Celebration for children whose birthdays fall in the months of April, May and June. There were 19 Birthday Kids today. :D

When Mom arrived in school, she had walked to the registration table. She had barely dropped her bag on the chair, when a little boy from the 4 year old class, came up to her and said rather proudly,

"See? My new watch ... Spiderman ..."

W-what ???

You must have seen your mother made a sharp turn, dropped down on her knees and responded, at eye level ...

"Wow ... Let's have a look ...

Wow Weeeee ... Can I take a picture?"

He held his hand up and smiled shyly.

"Hold it right there ..."

Mom took a shot with her cellphone. Her eviDANS. Just in case. She couldn't help smiling a happy, secret smile, all the time thinking how amazing that this shy boy had made the effort to come up to her to show her his Spiderman watch. He could have gone to another teacher, but he went to her. Somebody must have put him up to it. :D Have You anything to say, Son? :D

ZAP ZAP ZAP ...

See my Spiderman watch ...

A tiny voice in her head was quick to remind her of her self-imposed newly raised bar. For her to take notice of this Spiderman - ZAP, and have it connected to You ...

there must be TWO Spiderman inciDANS.

Yup, TWO. That's the rule ... which was beginning to be a bother, especially today. It kinda takes away the excitement, to be honest. Still, Mom secretly radiated with an unexplained joy having seen that Spiderman watch. She was literally hugging herself with glee.

You're near ...

Mom knows ...

She feels your presence ...

It was the way the ZAP item was presented to her ...

That was kinda unusual ...

It could have been a Ben 10 watch or a ...

Winnie the Pooh or a ...

Superman watch or a ...

Transformer ... but no ...

It had to be SPiDERMAN !!!

Call 230 : Spiderman Zap

Ohh La La ...

Not only that, but that ZAP item was presented to her by a boy in the 4 year old class ... :D Did You notice that? Not 2, not 3, not 5, not 6 ... but 4 ...

Hmmmm ... Her angel number had to come into play ... to get her attention, no doubt ... and to let her know her Son is right beside her. :D

Ohh - kayyy ...

3. Black Black Black

It was about 9:30 am when Mom received a call from the car sales agent, informing her that he was on the way to the kindy with the test unit. Mom told Grandma about it.

Grandma said,

"Get the bigger children to sit in the car. Not the small ones."

So, your mother asked Teacher L to pick 12 kids from the 6 year old class. When the chosen ones came, Mom got them all to sit on the bench outside the entrance door. She had counted the number of kids, one by one, as they went out the door, and yup, there were 12 of them, as she had requested.

The kids jumped on to the bench, and sat there, facing the main gate.

Mom explained that a man was driving a new car to the school, and that she wanted to see how many children could get into it ... She didn't need to go further because the kids responded with a squeal of delight.

Where was the car? She tapped her foot impatiently.

It had only been two minutes but she could see a handful of them starting to fidget already. So, while waiting for the EXORA to arrive, she decided to play a game with the 12 highly excited children.

Let's guess the color of the car ...

White, said the first child.

Black, said the second.

Yellow, said the third.

Blue, said the forth.

Black, said the fifth.

Black, said the sixth.

Black, said the seventh.

Then, all of the children began to chant together,

at the top of their voices:

Black --- Black --- Black --- Black --- Black  ...

Almost 20 times over ...

Mom's attempt to stop the rowdy noise with a suggested,

"How about orange?" was brushed aside with an even louder

BLACK --- BLACK --- BLACK --- BLACK --- BLACK ...

When the EXORA finally appeared, You can imagine the reaction of the children when the car that arrived came in, OMG ..

BLACK !!!

Oh My Gosh ...

You would have heard the loud scream of excitement echoing all the way up to Heaven ...

A kid shouted, "It's MAGIC! It's MAGIC!"

Yeah, it really is magic ...

What a wonderful feeling ...

The salesman opened the car door, and one by one, the children scrambled in. Finally, when everyone was bundled into the car, Mom closed the door. The window had been wound down earlier.

She poked her head in and said,

"Okay children, let's count and see how many of you are inside the car. Everybody, count together ... One ... Two ... Three ..."

The children continued ...

Four ... Five ... Six ... Seven ...

Eight ... Nine ... Ten ... Eleven ...

Twelve ... Thirteen ... Fourteen ...

They stopped. Mom's heart must have skipped a beat.

Pause ...

H - how in the world ...

Fourteen ???

"No, no, that's not right ... Let's count again ..."

We counted again ... this time very slowly ... with her pointing at the same time at one child to another, as we counted ...

Her pulse was pounding in her veins ...

You must have heard that ...

... Twelve ... Thirteen ... Fourteen ...

OMG ...

Oh Wow ...

Somehow, two kids must have sneaked in to join the rest probably during the line up, when she was talking to the salesman and wasn't looking...

Oh Wow ... That was certainly magic ... :D

How awesome. She knew that 14 was for her benefit only. She would still stick to 10 or 12 kids per trip if we buy this vehicle.

Thanks for that ZAP, Son ... Mom knows you're watching us, possibly from that cloud there, that looked like a spaceship in the clear blue sky ...

4. Birthday Message

There was a CHESS demonstration at 10 am to start off the birthday program. Half an hour later, all the boards were put aside and the birthday celebration began.

Mom was taking some photos of the children at the birthday kids' table. They all had a birthday cupcake each. There was another large cake for the rest of the children, and some other goodies.

How cute is this birthday cupcake? :D

She was about to snap a shot of the main cake when she let out a little gasp!

OMG ...

OMG OMG OMG ...

SpongeBob says Happy Birthday ???

ZAP ZAP ZAP !!!

OMG ... That was like You wishing Mom a Happy Birthday ...

her birthday being tomorrow on Saturday, June 25. :D

HAPPY BIRTHDAY, MAA ... :D :D :D

OMG ...

What are the chances???

That was incredible ...

A definite ZAP and a CONNECTION !!! :D

Call 234 : Paper Message

Oh, say what You like ... but Mom's over the moon, and nothing anyone can say at this moment can change that.

She knows You'd just wished her a Happy Birthday all the way from Heaven. Yes, she knows, she knows.

How awesome is that! :D

Just like You'd managed to get her a gift on Mother's Day

That was super amazing too ...

Honestly ...

Call 212 : Mother's Day ... This entry is missing from the blog the day after it was published. Now Mom knows why. New eviDANS had surfaced that morning when the entry was posted, which should have been included for a more complete ZAP story. Will re-write that entry soon.  :D

Call 214 : Missing Entry

TWO Special - Day inciDANS for Mom ...

How not to take notice, Daniel?

It's so obvious You have something to do with the inciDANS. :D

Blink Blink Blink ...

Sniff ... <3

You're just everywhere ... everywhere Mom is ... :D

Sniff ... <3

Later, after the party was over, Mom asked Grandma,

"What made you choose SpongeBob?"

Grandma normally orders a Disney character cake.

Grandma said,

"No reason ... Just wanted something different this time."

That's good reason enough for Mom ... :D

Call 174 : Rainbow Spongebob

 5. Spiderman Tee Shirt

Shortly after, Mom was walking out of the kitchen when she saw M, a boy from the 5 year old class, walking towards her direction. He was probably heading for the washroom. Your mother was instantly sucking in air into her lungs as she looked at the lil boy in disbelief.

OMG ...

A Spiderman Tee Shirt ...

Her second Spiderman Zap ...

You must have seen your mother giving him a big smile as she asked, "Can I take a photo of you in your Spiderman tee shirt?"

He immediately flashed a cheeky grin and held up

two PEACE fingers.

Quite automatic. Without prompting. Instant reaction.

Two fingers ...

Yes, two fingers ...

Like, hellooo ... this is Spiderman - Zap Number Two ...

Take Note, Mom ... I'm right here ... :D

She hears You, Son ...

First, a Spiderman Zap ...

Then a Birthday Wish ...

And followed by another Spiderman Zap ...

Why, that's like ...

Hi Mom ... It's me ... Happy Birthday ... :D

By the way, this is the boy whose mommy had said to your mother 2 days ago on Wednesday, June 22, that her son a mosquito bite on his legs ... (This entry is owing too ... :D)

Peace ... :D

Spiderman Zap ...

How awesome, Daniel ... <3

At the time of writing this entry, Mom is checking the time the 3 photos were taken.

SpongeBob Cake : 10:44 am (144)

Spiderman Tee : 11:09 am (18) (144)

Oh Wow ... Would You look at all her angel numbers?

What are the chances ???

Mom couldn't wait to tell Dad later that day.

She had said simply,

"Son zapped me this morning, and wished me a Happy Birthday ..."

:D:D:D

Chuckle ...

>.<

Yes, You did, Daniel ... :D

Thanks Son ...

That was surreal ...

A Birthday Wish all the way from Heaven ...

Who would have thought ...

GOD is so very good and faithful to us ... <3

Please tell Jesus Mom says thank you, okay ...

And Mama Mary too ...

Go ... Go do it now ...

Talk to You in a bit, Son ...

Call 241 : WALK ALONE

Hello Son,                                    (continue from Call 240)

Sunday, June 19

13. Back To December

We walked over to the next building that was within walking distance of the hotel. Dad had parked the car at this mall that is adjacent to the hotel. We slowly took our time strolling to the lift. \

On the way there, your sister tried out the new iPad2.

Justine tried to convince Dad that she needed one of these.

Dad didn't think so. Your sister hasn't given up.

It's a battle of wits alright ... will let You know the outcome. :D

Anyway ...

We came to the lift, pressed the going - down button. After waiting for a few minutes, Dad said,

"Let's take the stairs."

You must have heard your mother groaned. She wasn't wearing her "take the stairs" pair of shoes.

Dad kinda insisted, saying that, "It's only one floor down" and

"It's good exercise."

Not one darn good reason ...

Anyway, Jus pulled Mom by the arm, and she had no choice but to take the stair case. Mom was carefully watching her step as she walked down. As we were about to reach the parking level at the basement, Justine turned around and asked,

"Heard that?"

H-huh? W- what? Heard what?

Your sister let out a sucking sound of impatience. She stood like a statue and pointed her finger up. Mom stopped to listen. There was a faint music in the background. Pricking her ears up like a German Shepherd, Mom caught the lyric :

Back to December ...

ZAP ZAP ZAP

Mom pulled out her cellphone to check the time, before showing it to Justine, with a somewhat triumphant smile.

It showed 12:29 pm.

Decode : 14

Her - 1 Am Number 4 - is definitely near.

Oh yes, he is ... :D

Since a friend had uploaded this Taylor Swift's video:

BACK TO DECEMBER ...

on your facebook page on Friday, June 10,

we were zapped THREE TIMES that following Sunday, June 12.

That entry is still owing. Sorry about that, Son. Will tell You about the inciDANS real soon. :D

Call 236 : Carol's Birthday

So anyway, hearing the Back To December song at the staircase, odd as that may be, was somewhat special, having had that three times zap a week ago.

Yes, it was awesome.

Imagine, had we taken the lift, we would not have heard it. It was so noisy at the mall we weren't aware there was music at all. And it wasn't like the song was played loudly in the first place ...

It was faint ...

You really had to pay attention to notice it.

Not only that but check out the timing. We were only at the staircase for not more than 3 minutes, taking 2 flight of stairs down to the parking floor.

Yet, during that short time, this Back To December song had to come on to zap us? So so so meant to be.

It could have been a song that had no connection ... but no.

It had to be a zap - song.

Yes Daniel ... Mom goes Back to December all the time ...

All the time, Son ...

All the time ... <3

That Christmas Eve @ 4:41 pm ...

Call 43 : Angel Sign

When God delivered that special bundle of joy into the arms of your parents ...

Our second bundle ...

14. You'll Never Walk Alone

Justine was at the wheel, following closely behind a line of vehicles that were going through the exit bar, one by one.

At one particular point, your sister moved the car forward and stopped. Mom was sitting on the left side, of the back seat and happened to be looking out of the window at that moment, caught sight of a large sticker on the back screen of a stationary car that said:

ZAP ZAP ZAP !!!

OMG !!!

Mom sprang forward in her seat as she almost yelled out to Dad. Those words were staring back, (almost) right in front of her eyes.

OMG ... She was so meant to see that sticker.

More importantly, the message.

Had Justine not stopped at that moment, Mom would not have seen it. We would have just passed it. Had she sat on the right side of the car, she would have been looking out of the other window. She would not have seen it.

OMG ... Meant to be. So meant to be.

You'll never walk alone ...

Mom hears You, Son ...

She got your message ...

That is such a precious line ...

Your Mama's so gonna hold You to that ...

15. Firework

We went to Midvalley Mall after that. Grandma mentioned there was a new cafe that she wanted Mom to check out. Grandma apparently likes the decor of that cafe and wanted Mom to incorporate some ideas to the school design. And so we went there to have a look - see.

Yup, it was kinda cute, she must say ... but it was cafe - cute

Not kindy - cute, You know ...

Anyway, shortly after, we walked over to the 3rd floor of Jusco to get some file folders. You're so not gonna believe this but we stepped in to that departmental store, and Mom had walked to the files and folders section, when a familiar song hit the air...

Do You ever feel like a plastic bag ...

Call 151 L Major Fireworks

O -- M -- G ...

ZAP ZAP ZAP ...

Firework ...

OMG ...

This song is like forever in Jusco ...

This is not the first time she hears Firework in Jusco ...

The time was 3:17 pm.

Decode :  3:44

Note the decoded time because something amazing would soon happen.

Your mother was humming the song under her breath as she pulled out a folder with a floral design. She remembers wondering why she did not hear any song before Fireworks came on. Wasn't there a song before Fireworks? There appeared to be no song before that.

Strange huh. That's why when the music suddenly broke through, your mother was quite - OMG OMG OMG - startled, though pleasantly so.

After the song ended, Mom waited for the next song to come on ...

And she waited ...

And waited ...

And waited ...

20 minutes soon passed ...

No other song came on ...

Mom was very alert and was consciously waiting for the next song because she had been quite sure that there was no song overhead when she stepped into that floor just now.

Only Fireworks had come on.

Oh Wow ...

Only that Zap - song? Oh My ... That certainly got your mother thinking ... and wondering ...

Suddenly, there was an announcement about a boy who was lost and to the parents, to meet at a certain counter.

Mom heard it. Dad heard it.

Almost immediately, we saw a small drama enfold before us, some 20 steps away. The store staff and a security guard appeared to be coaxing and running after, at the same time, a boy who could not have been more than 5 years old. The boy was literally screaming his little lungs out.

Mom found herself reaching for her handphone and checking the time. It showed 3:44 pm. She stared at her cell in disbelief before showing Dad the time. Dad saw it.

OMG ...

Mom was transfixed, as she stood there on the spot, observing the staff trying to persuade the boy to calm down, but the boy, obviously terrified of strangers, continued screaming and crying, to the point of being "hysterical" (Dad's words).

Seeing that inciDAN, Mom was reminded instantly of the time when You were lost in a mall.

"Remember the time when Dans was lost?" Mom asked Dad.

Dad said, "Yeah ..."

We were at a huge mall in the States, You were 10 years old then. Mom was not aware that You were lost, until she heard the announcement on the overhead speakers calling for her, Lynn Phua, to please go to counter ...

It must have been nerve-racking for You to go up to the cashier-people and asked them to page for your mother. In an unfamiliar place too. Dad and Mom thought that was so brave of You to do that. You were not crying when Mom saw You from a far and hurried over, only when we were reunited ...

Awwww ... It's all coming back to us now, Son ...

"Did we have to see that?" Mom mumbled almost to herself.

We sure did ... for that ZAP and that CONNECTION.

Call 234 : Paper Message

It is only at the point of writing this entry that Mom realized that the time of Fireworks and the time of her cell when she saw the missing boy inciDAN are both at 3:44 ...

Oh Wow ...

What are the chances ???

Honestly ...

If that's not a clear Zap and a Connection, tell her what is ... :D

Everywhere we are, there you'll be ...

GOD is so good ...
