Just came back from the mall.
There was a computer exhibition and Dad wanted to go look-see and check some gadgets. So anyway, something interesting happened. About an hour or so whilst walking around the exhibition hall, Mom received a ZAP.
Yeah, she was standing there, at one spot, waiting for Dad and Justine. In fact, she was feeling really sleepy. So very boring, these computer stuffs. She saw Dad and Justine at a short distance, looking at God-knows-what ... could be those sleeve-thing for Justine's phone ... so Mom casually walked towards their direction. They were like 20 walking-steps away.
Your mother happened to stop by a large screen that was playing a movie preview.
Justine came over to Mom at that moment.
Mom's eyes were on the screen. She saw Bruce Willis ... and some other action scenes ... and the next thing she knew ... she had gasped as she saw the words in BOLD FAT RED fonts ...
the word RED ...
Omg ...
Mom exclaimed in surprise, "Did you see that? Red ... on the screen ..."
Justine turned around. Her back was facing the screen then, so obviously she did not see it.
Mom was like, "Omg ... would you believe it ... but the word RED just nicely flashed across ... What are the chances? I just walked here like a minute ago ..."
Omg ...
Only last night, she had told You in Call 440, all the RED inciDANS.
And now she sees the word before her eyes? It must be your way of telling your mother that You got her Redddd call. She's sure of that. :D
Mom told Dad with excitement in her voice, "He must have whispered to me to go over to the screen ... the timing is just too perfect ... I walked over ... stood there for barely a minute ... and suddenly saw the RED word appearing ... Omg ..."
Before today, she was not aware of this RED movie.
You're near, Mom knows ... but yes, she was on the look out for the second sign ... to confirm.
Shortly after, your mother wandered out of the exhibition hall. She decided to stroll around the shops whilst waiting for Dad and Justine to finish whatever it was that they went there for in the first place.
And so, she went in one shop ...
and out ...
and in another ...
and out ...
and in yet another ...
and out ...
and in yet another ...
Before long, at one point, she thought she heard her phone ring.
It must be Dad ... they are finally done ...
She picked up her cell from her bag ...
Hmmm, no ringing ...
Instinctively, she clicked on the ... the ... oh you know ... the ON button ... or whatever You call it ... to see if there were any texts ...
The screen lit up ... and she immediately saw the time ...
Oh gosh ...
13:24 pm ... literally staring back at her.
There was no call.
That was your call. :D
A smile slowly appeared on your mother's face.
